摘要
目的建立双黄连口服液的连翘酯苷爿含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC测定连翘酯苷A的含量，检测波长280nm；流动相：甲醇．0．4％冰醋酸（30：70）；流速：1．0mL／min。结果连翘酯苷A在1．4～15μg范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率98．01％，RSD=O．89％。结论所用方法简便可行，重复性好，为双黄连口服液的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of forsythoside A in Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution. Methods An HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of forsythoside A with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% acetic acid（30：70）, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear relationship was good within the range of 1.4 to 15 μg （r=0.999 1） for forsythoside A. The average recovery was 98.01% with RSD of 0.89% （n=5）. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution.
