摘要 针对目前国内机械预切槽法缺乏相应基础理论与设计方法相关研究的现状,以土力学与盾构机械设计为基础,提出了一套预切槽机械设计方法.采用模块化分解的方法分析研究了预切槽机械9个子结构的功能及关键技术,通过地层切削相似性原理提出了链锯切入地层断面所需的推出机构推力与链锯的掘削扭矩两个重要参数的计算方法,并针对北京地质参数根据设计方法完成了预切槽施工机械模型的设计.设计结果总结了相关的技术难点,可以为未来进行预切槽施工机械的研制提供理论基础与设计参考. As the current situation that the research of pre-cutting method in China lack relevant fundamental theory and design method,based on the soil mechanics and the mechanical design method of tunnel shield,a set of design method of the pre-cutting method was put forward.Using the modular decomposition method,the function and key technology of 9 sub-structure of the pre-cutting method was analyzed.The pushing force that is needed for the chain saw to cut into the section of the tunnel and the cutting torque of the chain saw was calculated due to the similarity principles of the cutting.And the design of the model of the pre-cutting method machine was finished according to the specific geologic parameter of Beijing.The results of the model summarize the relevant key technology and provide basic theory and design reference for the future development of the pre-cutting method.
