十年来，CALIS组织了数百个图书馆参与项目建设，其建设成果所形成的服务，已使众多成员馆受益。随着服务的推广与深入，图书馆对CALIS服务的需求也越来越细化。文章从CALIS服务设计原则入手，阐述了CALIS的主要服务与服务政策，并介绍了如何获取CALIS服务。

More than a decade, hundreds of CALLS member libraries have benefited from CALLS services that formed under CALLS projects. With the promotion of in-depth services, libraries＇ needs are more and more various and refined. This article starts from the principles of designing CALIS services, and elaborates the major CALIS services, service policies, and how to obtain CALIS services.
