滚痰丸合二陈汤治疗小儿肺炎脾虚痰湿型咳嗽28例

28 cases of cough for spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness treated with Guntan pills and Erchen decoction

目的:观察滚痰丸合二陈汤治疗小儿肺炎脾虚痰湿型咳嗽的疗效。方法:口服滚痰丸合二陈汤治疗,7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:28例患儿中治愈20例,好转5例,未愈3例,总有效率89.3%。结论:滚痰丸合二陈汤治疗脾虚痰湿型咳嗽疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effects of the guntan pills and Erchen decoction in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness cough. Methods： Guntan pills and Erchen decoction were o-rally taken for 7 days a course with a total of 3 courses. After 3 courses of treatment, the effect was statistically dealt with. Results. Among 28 cases, 20 cases were cured, 5 cases improved, 3 cases failed. The total efficiency was 89.3%. Conclusion： Gtmtan pills combined with Erchen decoction can get satisfactory curative effect in treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type cough, worthy of clinical application.
