黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证84例

Huangqizhisou Decoction in the treatment of 84 cases of deficiency in qi and yin syndrome children with persistent pneumonia

目的:观察黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法:84例门诊患儿给予黄芪止嗽饮治疗,10 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治愈59例(占70.24%),好转21例(占25.00%),总有效率95.24%。结论:黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Huangqizhisou Decoction in the treatment of children with persistent pneumonia with qi and yin deficiency. Methods： 84 cases of outpatient children were treated with Huangqihisou Decoction, 10 days a course. 1 course after, statistical analysis was made. Results： 59 cases were cured （70.24%）, 21 cases （25.00%） improved, the total effective rate was 95.24%. Conclusion： Huangqizhisou Decoction in the treatment of children with persistent pneumonia with qi and yin deficiency can get good clinical curative effect.
