当前中国建立社会指标体系中存在的问题与对策思考

Current Problems and Countermeasures in the Establishment of the Social Indicators System in China

社会指标是社会学与社会统计学发展的新成果,它是衡量和描述社会发展状况的,是监测和评价社会发展水平的,是预测和展望社会发展前景的。社会指标不成体系,在计划和报告中对社会状况的描述,必然是含糊不清、支离破碎的,这样就使我们不能对当前社会发展状况做出正确的预测,以至于阻碍社会的发展。而建立和完善社会指标体系可以有效地评估社会发展,找出社会发展过程中存在的问题,并有针对性的对问题的解决献计献策,会促进社会的发展和进步。所以,建立健全社会指标体系是十分必要的。

Social indicators are the new achievements in the development of Sociology and Social Statistics,which is to measure and describe the status of social development,monitor and evaluate the level of social development,forecast and project about social development prospects.If social indicators are not systematic,the description about the social conditions would be vague and fragmented in the plans and reports.So we can not make a correct prediction of the current social development,and hinder the development of society.The establishment and perfection of social indicators system can improve social assessment and development,identify the problems in the process of social development,and target brainstorming problems,promote the development and progress of society.It is very necessary to improve the social indicators system.
