当下,患者知情同意权受到保护,临床实习的医学生要为患者所知情并同意。现实中,患者往往基于各种原因拒绝学生的临床实习。医学生临床实习是受教育的一个部分,但这项权利与法律保护的患者知情同意权在临床实习阶段产生冲突。在充分维护患者知情同意权的前提下,合理的规章制度会促进两项权利的协调。

Nowadays,informed consent rights of patient are protected,so medical students in clinical practice should be informed and agreed by patients.In reality,patients often refuse the clinical practice of students for different reasons.Clinical practice right is one part of education rights of citizen,but it produces conflict with the informed consent rights of patient at the clinical stage.Under the premise of fully protecting the informed consent rights,reasonable designed system will make two rights in harmony.
