新医改形势下,创新公立医院文化具有重要意义。创新公立医院文化应坚持一定的原则,按照正确的途径和措施进行。只有这样,才能不断提高患者的满意度,提升医疗服务质量和水平。
Under the new situation of medical reform,public hospital culture innovation has important significance.Innovation of public hospital culture should adhere to some principles,in accordance with the correct ways and measures.Only in this way,can we improve the satisfaction of patients and medical service quality and level.
