大学英语分级教学中教师信念与实际课堂教学分析 被引量:2

摘要 对30位大学英语教师的教学信念进行研究,主要包括大学英语教师教学信念、对大学英语分级教学的认知及其实际课堂教学情况。结果发现:虽然大学英语教师的传统信念已经被现代、先进的教育理念取代,但教师的信念和实际课堂教学现状并不相符。指出大学英语分级教学是改革的必然结果,教师是这场改革的关键,对大学英语分级教学中教师的发展提出了针对性的建议。 This research was conducted on the teacher beliefs of 30 universities English teachers,including their teaching beliefs,their cognition on level-based English teaching model and practical classroom teaching behavior.The result shows that English teachers’ teaching beliefs are not consistent with their practical teaching behavior though their traditional teaching theories have changed into modern and advanced ones.This paper points out some specific proposals about English teachers’ development under the level-based English teaching model according to the result.
