摘要
洛阳石化4万t/a硫磺回收装置开工初期的运行负荷远远低于设计指标中的最低负荷量。针对装置低负荷运行时存在酸性气和空气混合不均匀,在炉内停留时间过短反应不完全,配风量不易掌握、炉温难以控制等具体问题,探索总结出一套具有针对性的操作法则。该方法经过低负荷阶段的试验验证,证明行之有效,完全满足环保要求以及装置安全平稳运行的要求。
The operation load for 40 000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit in Luoyang Petrochemical is far lower than the designed minimum one when it works at the initial stage. The problems under such low load operation condition are analyzed, such as acidic gas, mixed air in the device, reaction incompletely with residence time too short in the furnace, the air volume difficult to know well and furnace temperature difficult to control. A set of targeted operating rules are explored in this study. This method is proved to be effective after it is proved under low load operation ,which completely meets the requirement of environment protection and the steady run of the unit.
