Based on the actual operation status of ammonia ice device, a series of problems that occur during operation of the ammonia refrigerating machine are analyzed. Corresponding solutions are taken to solve the problems. The result shows that adverse factors that affect the safety production of the device have been effectively eliminated by a series of technical renovation and countermeasures, which ensures the safety and stability of the units with a long period operation.
