透平氨冰机组常出现的几个问题与解决措施

摘要 结合氨冰机组实际运行情况,研究分析机组常出现的几个问题和造成的影响,并采取相应技改方案。结果表明,通过系列的技改措施有效地消除了影响装置安全生产的不利因素,保证了机组安全稳定长周期的运行。 Based on the actual operation status of ammonia ice device, a series of problems that occur during operation of the ammonia refrigerating machine are analyzed. Corresponding solutions are taken to solve the problems. The result shows that adverse factors that affect the safety production of the device have been effectively eliminated by a series of technical renovation and countermeasures, which ensures the safety and stability of the units with a long period operation.
