献血者外周血小板体积指标对机采血小板质量的影响

Effect of plateletpheresis on peripheral blood platelet volume parameters of blood donors

目的:探讨献血者外周血小板体积指标对机采血小板质量的影响,并探讨适宜标准筛选献血者。方法:收集194名献血者的献血前外周血小板体积指标(包括血小板平均体积、血小板体积分布宽度、大血小板比率),与机采血小板收集量进行单因素相关分析,并对献血者采集前后相应指标作配对比较。结果:献血者的采前外周血小板平均体积、体积分布宽度和大血小板比率均与血小板收集量呈负相关关系,且有统计学意义,是筛选机采血小板献血者的重要指标。

Objective：To discuss the influence of blood donor＇s peripheral blood platelet volume parameters on the quality of plateletpheresis product,and discuss an appropriate standard for selecting plateletpheresis donors.Method：The peripheral blood platelet volume parameters of 194 blood donors were collected before donation,including mean platelet volume（MPV）,platelet distribution width（PDW）and platelet large cell ratio（P-LCR）,and analyzed with the quantity of plateletpheresis product using single factor analysis and the data of before and after donation were analyzed using paired comparison.Result：The pre-donation peripheral MPV,PDW and P-LCR were negatively correlated with platelet quantity（P0.01）,which were the most important indexes of plateletpheresis donors.
