One case of Bx 1 subtype identification

ABO血型是人类血型系统中最早被发现,对保证输血安全具有重大意义的一个系统。它具有多个亚型,对其亚型进行正确定型是保证安全输血的一个重要前提。本中心血站在日常血液标本血型鉴定工作中发现1例无偿献血者ABO正反定型不相符,经进一步鉴定,发现是1例Bx亚型,现报告如下。

1 cases of blood group subtype of blood donors was identified.Blood type was done by serological identification.Blood donors had b antigen on red blood cells,weak agglutination was up stereotypes and anti-B,and anti-AB agglutination enhancements,displaying strong agglutination and anti-H,nature cold antibody in the sera anti-B,B and H blood group substances in saliva,eventually the blood group of blood donors for Bx.The correct identification of subtypes of blood donors would be important prerequisites for ensuring clinical blood transfusion safety.
