翼状胬肉逆行撕除联合自体干细胞移植手术的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合干细胞移植术的手术疗效。方法 129例(150眼)翼状胬肉采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜干细胞移植术,术后随访2月到16月。结果术后仅一例复发,复发率仅为0.67%。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜干细胞移植术效果好,复发率较低。 Objetive To observe the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival stem cell transplantation. Methods 129 cases (150eyes) received pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival stem cell transplantation, all cases were followed up 2-16 months. Result Only one case recurred, the postoperative recurrence rate was only 0.67%. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with autologous eonjunctival stem cell transplantation has good effect of treatment at a low postoperative recurrence rate.
