摘要
针对中国商飞部装厂房3万m2焊接球屋盖的施工,提出了柔性整体提升技术。对柔性整体提升过程进行了数值模拟和分析,分析了施工提升不同步对结构受力的影响,对实际工程施工过程进行了监测。数值模拟与工程实践证明了提出的柔性整体提升技术具有充分的安全性和明显的经济性。
The flexible overall lifting technique is put forward for the construction of the 30 000m2 COMAC roof which is made of solder ball space truss structure.The numerical simulation is carried out and the effect of unequal lifting on structural behavior is analyzed.The monitoring system is designed and installed for the forces and deflections of the structure during construction.Numerical analysis and engineering practicing show that the flexible overall lifting technique is with sufficient safety and obvious advantage in economy.
