摘要
结合某灰库筒仓结构高度较高、施工操作空间较小、施工难度较大等因素,对筒仓顶部结构层高大模板支撑体系方案进行优选,确定了以伞状型钢支撑平台作为主承力结构的高支模体系,进而重点对该支撑平台进行了荷载计算和结构验算,以确保其安全性。给出了以伞状型钢件为支撑平台的高支模体系实施流程及相关技术与组织措施。实践结果表明该方案安全可靠且经济可行。
Combined with high height,small construction operation space,difficulty in construction and other factors of an ash bank silo structure,high-formwork support system schemes of the silo top structure are optimized.Umbrella-shaped section steel support platform is determined as the main load-bearing structure of the high-formwork system.Then the load calculation and structural checking are conducted to ensure the safety of the support platform.Furthermore,implementation procedure and relative technical,organizational measures are presented.The practical results show that this scheme is safe,reliable,economical and feasible.
