摘要
结合新建合福铁路客专闽赣段芹口特大桥(40+64+40)m连续梁0号块悬挑结构支撑架设计及施工,介绍了高墩连续梁0号块支撑架施工的一种新思维,即采用悬挑结构作为支撑体系,结合反支点预压法压载进行验证的施工技术。实践证明,该方法安全高效,既可以满足施工需要,又能保证施工质量。设计过程中,对悬挑结构横向分配梁、悬挑纵梁、预压钢绞线布置、分配梁端头锚固承载能力等进行验算,均能满足设计要求。
With respect to the design and construction of the No.0 block cantilever support of the continuous girder of Qinkou Bridge(40+64+40) m in Hefu Railway,this paper introduces a new idea of constructing the No.0 block supports of high pier continuous girders,that is,to use the cantilever structure as the support system and use reverse pivot preloading method for ballast verification.The practice showed that the method was safe and efficient.It could satisfy the construction requirement and ensure the construction quality.The transverse division girder,cantilever longitudinal girder,distribution of preloading steel strand,anchor at the end of the division girder were checked for their resistances,and all of them were found to meet the design requirements.
