上海世博会太空家园馆柔性纤维织物幕墙施工技术

Flexible Fiber Fabric Curtain Wall Construction in the Space Home Pavilion of Expo 2010 Shanghai China

目前幕墙工程已经应用很广泛,传统的幕墙工程为玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、金属幕墙等。2010年上海世博会太空家园馆采用柔性纤维织物幕墙,与传统幕墙相比具有节能环保、可100%回收再利用、施工方便、工期短、高强、高弹、与结构固定简单等特点。柔性纤维织物幕墙工程是采用拉索支撑、专用铝型材张拉幕材的工程。重点介绍了支杆安装定位、支杆根部防水处理、固定竖向拉索、幕材展开、幕墙整体联调等关键施工工艺。
