摘要
绿色生态城区全面发展绿色建筑已经成为共识,针对各星级绿色建筑的比例配置未有研究,提出单位减碳量的增量成本来衡量各星级绿色建筑比例合理性的研究方法,并通过某绿色生态城区案例分析,得出了经济型绿色生态城区和单位减碳量增量成本最低的绿色生态城区的一、二、三星级绿色建筑比例,分别为63%,23.5%,13.5%和16.5%,63%,20.5%。
The full development of green building in green eco-city has become the consensus.However there is no previous study on the proportion of star levels of green buildings.This paper put forward the research method,which measures the rationality of star proportion based on incremental cost per unit carbon emission reduction.With an analysis to an illustrative green eco-city,it was concluded that the proportions of one,two,three-star green buildings in an economic green eco-city and a green ecological city with minimum incremental cost per unit carbon reduction are 63%,23.5%,13.5% and 16.5%,63%,20.5%,respectively.
