摘要
玻化微珠保温混凝土是一种适应当今社会需求的结构自保温材料,在理论和试验研究都已经成熟的基础上,解决其可泵性成为推广应用该新型材料的前提。为了使玻化微珠保温混凝土具有较好的可泵性,针对此类型混凝土泵送中存在的主要问题,从原材料和施工配合比两方面进行了理论分析和试验研究,通过采用原材料改性降低混凝土游离水需要量;通过选用外加剂及外掺料,并进行配合比优化设计降低混凝土密度差,改善黏度。
Vitrified microsphere insulation concrete is a kind of insulating structural concrete,whose properties have been sufficiently studied.The pumping performance is the key issue that affects the application of vitrified microsphere insulation concrete.In order to improve the pumping performance,theoretical analysis and experimental studies were performed with respect to the raw materials and optimum mixing proportions to improve the pumping performance of vitrified microsphere insulation concrete.Modification to the raw materials reduces the requirement of free water in the concrete.Mix proportion optimization design reduces the density differentiation and improves the viscosity.
