摘要
某5层砖混结构住宅由于发生煤气爆炸致使结构发生局部破坏,爆炸造成房间内承重墙体鼓闪裂缝变形,预制板断裂和承重梁下挠开裂。根据现场鉴定进行结构加固设计和施工处理,通过采用置换方式把预制空心板改为槽钢加现浇混凝土板,把原梁凿除后置换为同截面的现浇梁,消除了爆炸对主体结构的影响,保证了该住宅楼的安全性。
A five-storey brick-concrete residential building was subjected to local failure due to gas explosion.As a result of the explosion,the load bearing wall had bulged deflection and cracks,some precast slabs collapsed and load bearing beams deflected with cracks.Based on site investigation,the retrofitting design and reconstruction were performed.Specifically,the precast slabs were replaced by channel steel with cast-in-situ concrete slab.The original beam was removed and replaced by cast-in-situ concrete beam of the same cross-section.The retrofitting work eliminated the influence of gas explosion on the main structure and ensured the safety of the residential building.
