摘要
因企业生产发展需要,某单层钢筋混凝土结构厂房内2台起重量为10t、A4级工作制的吊车改为2台起重量为20t、A5级工作制吊车,并要求最大限度在既有建筑使用面积内调整工艺生产流程,同时在加固补强施工期间尽可能地不影响生产,并延长使用年限。通过对该厂房鉴定评估,就混凝土柱、混凝土梁及钢结构吊车梁进行预应力钢结构加固补强设计与施工。
Due to the development of business,the lifting capacity of two cranes in a single-storey reinforced concrete need to be upgraded from 10T,duty type A4 to 20T,duty type A5,and the existing usable area of the building need to be maximized in alignment with the adjustment of production process.It was also required that the retrofitting work should try to avoid interruption to manufacturing and should extend the service life of the building.By site evaluation,this paper made a detailed introduction to the strengthening design and construction of concrete columns,concrete beams and steel crane beams.
