摘要
北京某既有校园建筑,由于原结构跨度大,侧向刚度小,经检测鉴定,不满足抗震规范要求,需要进行抗震加固。结合工程实际情况,确定采用屈曲约束支撑加固技术,并详细介绍了技术原理和施工工艺。实际应用结果表明,屈曲约束支撑具有工艺简单、可操作性强等特点,通过屈曲约束支撑加固技术的应用,增加了结构侧向刚度,并缩短了工期,减少了加固工作量,降低了造价。
The structural performance of some primary school buildings can' t meet seismic code requirements with large-span and short lateral stiffness. Combined with actual conditions, buckling constraint support technology is adopted, and the construction technology of buckling constraint support is introduced including technical principles and main construction technologies. The results show that buckling constraint support has characteristics of simple process and operability, and can increase the lateral stiffness, short the construction time and reduce the construction cost.
