摘要
以SKYWAY酒店超高层幕墙安装工程为背景,结合施工高度高、施工场地狭窄及工期紧等特点和难点,介绍了单元式幕墙施工组织方案,并详细介绍了工程测量、调运、安装及安全管理等方面的注意事项。并建议在类似工程施工中,应注意幕墙施工段的合理划分,在超高层幕墙吊装设计时要考虑风振系数,并加大安全管理力度,以确保施工顺利完成。
Based on the SKYWAY hotel project,combined with the characteristics and difficult of project including high altitude,narrow site and short construction time,the construction organization of unit curtain wall is introduced,including engineering survey,lifting,installation and safety management.To ensure similar construction smoothly completed,the suggestions like division of curtain wall segments,considering wind vibration coefficient in curtain wall lifting design,and strength strengthening safety management are proposed.
