针对当前高校中青年体育师资队伍中存在的突出问题及相关影响因素，通过文献资料法和归纳分析法，从不同角度进行认识和分析，力求探索出适合21世纪高校中青年体育师资队伍发展的思路及对策，也力图澄清一些因个别现象而产生的模糊认识。

According to the existing problems and related affecting factors, the author,with the help of documents and the method of induction,tries to perceive and analyze from different angles of view,and to find out the ways and policies suitable for the development of the file of the young and middle-aged college P. E. teachers in the 21st century, Some vague ideas are also cleared up in this article.
