Promote Teaching with Overall Appraisal

鉴于以往体育优质课评选方法上的利与弊，笔者在体育优质课的评选方法上进行了改进，采取了课堂教学和平时教学工作相结合的综合评价方法。即以评价一节体育课为主，兼顾对平时教学工作的评价，并要求体育教师都是人人参与。这种方法体现了评价的全面性和参与的广泛性，较有效地促进了全区体育教学水平的整体提高。

We have changed the method of appraising the excellent P. E class and have used the overall appraisal which unites classroom teaching with everyday teaching.The centre is to appraise a P. E class,at the same time, it is also to appraise everyday teaching. It requires every P. E teacher to participate. It reflects the all- sided appraisal and wide-spread participation. It has improved the level of P. E teaching in the whole district effectively.
