摘要
探讨山区乡镇企业发展与大气环境质量间的相互适应关系。以四川省开县温泉镇的水泥粉尘污染为典型,采用单目标线性优化方法,在整体最优的原则下对各污染源求取了优化控制方案,并作出了水泥粉尘回收利用的经济评估。按此优化方案,4.2a后不但可收回用于环保工程的全部投资,大气污染得以根除,每年还可净收益8.9万元。
This paper aims at approaching the harmonious relation between industrial development of villages and towns in mountianous regions and atmospheric environment quality. Taking the cement dust pullution of Wenquan Town (Kaixian county, Sichuan province) as an example and utilizing the single-target liner optimization method, the optimized control projects for each pollution source have been put forward and the economic assess ment for cement dust reuse has been accomplished. According to this optimized project, 4.2 years later, the whole investment in environment protection can not only be gotten back, but the air pollution will be eliminated and 90000 yuan net profit will be obtained as well.
