乙酸乙酯二氮杂革极谱行为的研究

摘要 在0.2mol/L H_2SO_4支持电解质中,发现乙酸乙醑二氮杂(艹卓)的2个示波极谱还原峰,峰电位E_p_1=-0.65V(vs.SCE)和E_p_2=-0.80V。第1峰电流i_p_1比第2峰电流i_p_2大得多,i_p_1与乙酸乙酯二氮杂(艹卓)的浓度在0.05~4.0μmol/L范围内成正比,检出限为0.01μmol/L,可用于测定。用线性扫描极谱和循环伏安法等手段研究该体系的极谱行为及反应机理,证明该波为不可逆吸附波。 The polarographic behaviour of 1-ethyl acetate benzodiazepine (EAB)is studied. In 0. 2mol/L sulphuric acid solution the two reductive peaks of EAB are obtained by using linear sweep voltammetry. Their peak potentials are E_(p1)=-0. 65V(vs. SCE)and E_(p2)=-0. 80V, respectively. The first peak current i_(p1) is more higher than the second i_(p2). i_(p1) changes linearly with the concentration of EAB in the range of 0. 05 to 4. 0μmol/L. The detect limit is 0. 01μmol/L. These waves are proved to be adsorptive waves by cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry. The mechanism of the electrode reaction is discussed.
