摘要
本文简单介绍了转换生成语法的理论基础,并运用转换生成语法体系中的"表层结构"和"深层结构"、"句型转换"及"词汇选择限制"等理论,有目的地帮助学生认识和理解英文的句型结构,从而为英语语法教学提供了理论依据,又增强了英语教学的趣味性。
On the theoretical basis of Generative Grammar, this paper helps students analyze and understand English sentence pattern through introducing such theories as ＂surface structure＂, ＂deep structure＂, ＂sentence pattern transformation＂ and ＂restriction on vocabulary choice＂ in the Generative Grammar System, which offers theoretical basis for English teaching and enhance students＇ interests in English class.
