The non-dominant major of medical students as a special mass group are easy to be neglected, they are also facing the difficult employment. The research indicates that the non-dominant major of medical students can＇t be a clear understanding of today＇s health care policy and social needs, have low satisfaction of non-dominant major, are lack of confidence in employment and have high expectations of professional.This paper emphatically analyzes the main reasons of these phenomena, and make suggestions to raise the non-dominant major of medical students＇ employed rate, and provides the basis for the reform of colleges and universities.
