摘要
目的:了解空气二氧化硫测定中标准曲线斜率的影响因素。方法:通过绘制不同条件下的标准曲线,计算斜率均数,来研究显色时间、显色温度对标准曲线斜率的影响。其中四氯汞盐法在10℃、15℃绘制25、30、35min三个梯度的标准曲线;甲醛法在10℃、15℃绘制35、40、45min三个梯度的标准曲线。在相同温度的同一显色时间梯度下,每种方法的标准曲线均做三条。结果:四氯汞盐法:显色温度为10℃时在显色时间为25min的条件下曲线的斜率为0.057893更接近标准规定的"0.0750~0.0758"的范围,显色温度为15℃时显色时间为30min的条件下曲线的斜率为0.56415更接近标准要求的"0.0750~0.0758"之间。甲醛法:显色温度为10℃时在显色时间为45min的条件下曲线的斜率为0.026917更接近标准要求的"0.041~0.047"之间,显色温度为15℃时显色时间为35min的条件下曲线的斜率为0.026707更接近标准要求的"0.041~0.047"之间。结论:四氯汞盐法在10℃的最佳显色时间为25min,在15℃的最佳显色时间为30min;甲醛法在10℃的最佳显色时间为45min,在15℃的最佳显色时间为35min。
Objective: To know the factors that affect the slope of the sulfur dioxide standard. And to study how the developing temperature and developing time effect the slope of standard curve. Most importantly, attain the most appropriate time in the these two methods when the temperature is 10 ℃ or 15 ℃. Methods: The standard curves were drew in different conditions, and a lot of data about the slope were got , then the arithmetic mean. Was calculate in which mercury tetraehloride ffalt in 10 ℃, 15℃ draw 25 min, 30 min, 35 min gradient of the standard curve of three; formaldehyde in 10 ℃, 15 ℃ draw 35 rain, 40 min, 45 rain gradient of the standard curve of three. At the same time, the temperature gradient of the same color under the standard curves of each method to do three. Results: Tetrachloromereurate salt: when the developing temperature was 10 ℃, the slope of the curve under the conditions of 25 min in developing time was 0.057 893 closer to the standard provisions between "0.075 0-0.075 8" ; when the developing temperature was 15 ℃, the slope of the curve under the conditions of 25 min in developing time was 0.564 15 closer to the standard provisions between "0.075 0-0.075 8" .Formaldehyde method: when the developing temperature was 10 ℃, the slope of the curve under the conditions of 45 min in developing time was 0.026 917 closer to the standard provisions between "0.041-0.047" ; when the developing temperature was 15 ℃, the slope of the curve under the conditions of 35 min in developing time was 0.026 707 closer to the standard provisions between "0.041-0.04T" .Conclusion: Tetrachloro mercury salt at 10 ℃ for the best time of 25 min, at 15 ℃ for the best time of 30 min; formaldehyde in 10 ℃ on the best time of 45 rain, the best was at 15 ℃ color time of 35 min.
