不同抗倒伏能力水稻品种的相关性状表现研究

Study on Relative Traits of Rice Varieties with Different Lodging-resistance Ability

[目的]研究不同抗倒伏能力水稻品种的相关抗倒伏性状表现,为其在育种中的合理应用提供参考。[方法]选用51水稻品种(组合)为材料,在齐穗后21～25 d系统测定与抗倒伏相关的性状,包括茎秆形态特性、茎秆力学特性、茎秆的生理生化指标等等,通过聚类分析把51个品种分为3类,即抗倒型、普通型和倒伏型,进而分析不同抗倒伏能力的水稻品种的性状特点。[结果]不同抗倒伏能力水稻品种的重心高度、秆形指数、折断弯距、倒伏指数以及齐穗21 d时的单茎鲜重、基部10 cm干重、单茎干重等性状的差异达到极显著水平,而株高的差异未达到极显著水平,增加生物产量提高产量和抗倒伏是可以协调做到的,关键要改善茎秆的物质积累。[结论]该研究可为水稻抗倒伏育种中合理选用亲本材料和改良方法提供重要参考。

[Objective] The aim was to study relative lodging-resistance traits of rice varieties with different lodging-resistance ability.[Method] The test was carried out with 51 rice varieties.The traits on rice lodging-resistance ability were tested during 21-25 days after full heading.Through the cluster analyses,the 51 varieties were divided into three groups,lodging-resistance type,middle type and lodging type.Then the traits appearance was analyzed on different lodging-resistance ability rice varieties.[Result] The results indicated that many traits had great significantly difference,such as height of bary centre（HBC）,culm weight,dry matter weight of base 10 cm,but the plant height had no great significantly difference.It indicates high bio-yield and lodging-resistance can do at same time.[Conclusion] The study provides an important reference for the parents selecting and improving methods in the lodging-resistance rice breeding.
