健康仔猪肠道内乳酸菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]从健康仔猪肠道内分离并鉴定乳酸菌。[方法]结合细菌形态学、生理生化试验以及16S rRNA序列分析等鉴定方法。[结果]共分离到10株疑似乳酸菌,有9株菌株属于乳杆菌目,其中C1、C2、C6属于链球菌属;C3、F2、F3为约氏乳杆菌;C4、F4为屎肠球菌;C5为嗜酸乳杆菌;[结论]该研究可为仔猪微生态制剂的制备提供菌株基础。 [Objective] Lactobacillus were separated and identified from intestinal tract of healthy piglet.[Method] The Lactobacillus were identified through bacteria morphology,physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA sequences analysis.[Result] 9 strains of 10 suspected Lactobacillus are Lactobacillales,and C1,C2,C3 belong to Streptococcus,C2,F2,F3 are Lactobacillus johnsonii,C4,F4 are Enterococcus faecium and C5 is Lactobacillus acidophilus.[Conclusion]The study provides a bacteria strain foundation for preparation of piglet probiotics.
