Agricultural Machinery Product CAPP Information Organization Model and Process Oriented to Procedure Design

为有效地管理农机产品的所有零部件工艺信息,将产品图纸中的所有零部件的信息及其层次关系提取并保存到产品信息的组织模型中,设计了产品信息模型结构树的生成算法,实现了产品信息的图形化显示,解决了CAPP系统中工艺设计的产品信息集成问题,并在农机CAPP系统中得到具体应用。

To manage all procedures of product parts,the part＇s information and hierarchical relations in the product CAD drawings were extracted in the organization model,the generation algorithm of the information model structure tree was designed and the product information visualization was implemented.At last,the product information organization model was used in CAPP system of agricultural machinery product to resolve the information integration problem of procedure design.
