鄂烟3号亲本烟碱转化遗传稳定性研究

摘要 [目的]为了繁育低烟碱转化的鄂烟3号,提升晾制后烟叶质量。[方法]通过测定低烟碱转化鄂烟3号亲本子代的烟碱转化率,研究改良鄂烟3号亲本烟碱转化遗传的稳定性。[结果]鄂烟3号的父母本,无论是高转化株或非转化株,烟碱转化遗传均具有较大的不稳定性,在低烟碱转化鄂烟3号品种繁育的过程中需要逐一地进行化学检测,并根据检测结果选择亲本烟株;而鄂烟3号的保持系烟碱转化遗传具有较大的稳定性,在育种过程中不需要逐一地进行化学检测。[结论]该研究可为生产出降烟碱含量较低的烟叶及提高卷烟的安全性奠定基础。 [ Objective ] In order to breed low nicotine conversion HubeiT' 3 and improve the air-curing tobacco quality. [ Method ] The stabil- ity of modified HubeiT' 3 parents' nicotine conversion were studied by measuring filial generation' s nicotine conversion of HubeiT' 3 parents. [ Result ] Whether high conversion tobacco plant or no conversion tobacco plant, the nicotine conversion of improved HubeiT' 3 father and mother had comparatively big instability, so it was necessary to do chemical determination one by one during the breeding of low nicotine con- version HubeiT'3 cultivar, and need to choose parent plant according to the measuring results; While its maintenance line' s nicotine conver- sion had comparatively big stability, so it need not do the chemical determination during the breeding. [ Conclusion ] The study lays a basis for producing tobacco leaves with low nicotine content and improving the safety of cigarette.
