摘要
[目的]研究日引1号杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii L.Riyin No.1)适宜的栽培袋规格和装料量。[方法]对日引1号杏鲍菇3个规格的栽培袋口径(对折径:A1,17.0 cm;A2,17.5 cm;A3,18.0 cm)及33个不同的湿料装料量(从800 g到1 300 g,每隔50 g 1个处理)进行袋栽试验。[结果]日引1号杏鲍菇栽培袋口径为17.5 cm,装袋量为1 250 g时,产量和效益最佳,平均每袋总产量433.5 g,生物学效率99.09%,平均每袋商品菇产量350 g,商品菇转化率77.78%,利润达到了最大值1.21元/袋,利润率达到64.21%。[结论]该研究可为建立日引1号杏鲍菇配套、实用、简便的集成技术提供参考。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study Pleurotus eryngii L. Riyin No. 1 ' s suitable cultivation bags caliber and bagging capacity. [ Method] The Pleurotus eryngii L. Riyin No. 1 cultivation test on 3 different cultivation bags caliber( folded path: A1, 17.0 cm; A2, 17.5 cm; A3, 18.0 cm) and 33 different bagging capacity( every increasing 50 g was a treatment from 800 g to 1 300 g) was conducted. [ Result] The results showed that the optimum yield and biology efficiency were obtained when cultivation bags caliber was 17.5 cm and bagging capacity was 1 250 g, its average total output was 433.5 g/bag, its biological efficiency reached 99.09% , its average output of commercial sporophores was 350 g/bag and its biological efficiency reached 77.78%, its profit reached 1.21 CNY/bag and its profit rate was 64.21%. [ Conclusion ] The study provides a reference for establishing Pleurotus eryngii L. Riyin No. 1 ' s supporting, practical and easy integrated technology.
