孵化期间朗德鹅种蛋失重及其对孵化效果的影响

Egg Weight Loss of Landes Goose during Incubation Period and Its Influences on the Hatchability

[目的]提高朗德鹅的孵化成绩和经济效益。[方法]通过不同蛋重朗德鹅进行分级孵化,分析朗德鹅蛋重对孵化率的影响。[结果]Ⅳ组(178～191 g)朗德鹅蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率及入孵蛋孵化率显著高于其他组,且其早期死胚率最低。[结论]雏鹅胚蛋相对失重随着胚龄的增长而增加,而雏鹅初生重随着蛋重的增加而显著增大,平均初生重占蛋重的比例为70.13%。

[ Objective] The research aimed to enhance the hatching effect and economic benetits ot Landes Goose. [ Method] Landes Goose with different egg weight were classified and hatched to analyze the egg weight on the hatchability of I_andes Goose. [ Result] The fertility rate, hatchability of fertile eggs and hatching eggs of Landes Goose （ 178 - 191 g） in group IV were significantly higher than that in other groups and the death rate of early embryo was the lowest in group IV. [ Conclusion ] The relative weight loss of Landes Goose eggs increased with the growth of embryonic age and weight of young goose at birth significantly increased with the rise of egg weight. The proportion of average birth weight to egg weight was 70.13%.
