摘要 [目的]充分利用厌氧/缺氧/好氧活性污泥法(A/A/O)的脱氮除磷作用和MBR膜生物反应器(MBR)的高效截留与微生物富集作用,提高系统处理废水的能力和保证出水水质。[方法]在中试规模下采用A/A/O+MBR组合工艺处理某豆制品厂废水,同时考察膜生物反应器对出水效果的影响。[结果]试验表明,A/A/O+MBR组合工艺对该豆制品废水具有良好的处理效果,60 d的监测结果显示,在总水力停留时间为12 h时,出水平均COD、氨氮、TP分别为20.80、0.40、0.23 mg/L。处理后出水的各项水质指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)1级标准。其中膜分离技术对COD、氨氮和TP的强化去除率分别为23.25%、0.85%和4.13%。[结论]研究可为生产中豆制品废水的处理提供参考依据。 [ Objective ] To fully utilize nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of A/A/O, high etticient retention and microbial enrichment of MBR, improve wastewater treatment ability and guarantee water quality. [ Method ] The combined process of A/A/O and MBR was applied to treat bean products wastewater in the pilot scale. Effects of membrane bioreactor on effluent were investigated. [ Result] The result indicated that the combined process of A/A/O and MBR has a good treatment efficiency of the bean products wastewater, 60 days of monitoring results showed that : In total hydraulic retention time of 12 h, the average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4-N and TP are 20.80, 0.40 and 0.23 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality meets the first level criteria of GB 8978-1996, and the removal rates of COD, NH4-N and rip by the membrane separation technology are account for 23.25%, O. 85% and 4.13%. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for bean products wastewater treatment.
