摘要
[目的]探讨垂柳幼苗对锶胁迫的生理生化响应。[方法]在水培条件下研究了不同浓度的锶(Sr2+)胁迫对垂柳幼苗生理生化水平的影响。[结果]在锶胁迫下,低浓度Sr2+对垂柳幼苗的地上生物量、叶绿素含量以及超氧化物酶(SOD)活性,表现为促进作用,而高浓度时表现为抑制作用;与对照相比,叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,而脯氨酸含量并没有明显的变化。[结论]该研究为柳树在锶污染胁迫条件下的适应机理奠定了基础。
Abstract [ Objective] The study aims to discuss the physiological and biochemical responses of Salix babylonica Linn. to strontium stress. [ Method] A hydroponic experiment with different mass concentrations of strontium (Sr2+)was conducted to investigate the effects of strontium stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Salix babylonica Linn. [ Result] Under strontium stress, the aboveground bio-stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Salix babylonica Linn. [ Result] Under strontium stress, the aboveground bio- mass, chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity of willow seedlings increased gradually at the low concentration of Sr2+ , but the high concentration of Sr2+ showed inhibition effects. Compared with the control, malonaldehyde (MDA)content was significantly ele- vated, and there was no significant change of proline content in the leave. [ Conclusion] The research could lay foundations for studying the adaptation mechanism of willow under strontium stress.
