1977～1989年,我国按一雄配多雌,饲养雌性黑叶猴22头,共怀孕90胎,育成66仔,成活率达73％。母猴的发情无季节性,持续时间为2.57±0.68d,发情周期为22.5±7.93d。母猴因流产、早产、新生儿死亡、哺乳期夭折平均经75±27.42d后恢复发情交配。怀孕期为184±15d。胎盘属血绒膜型胎盘,重117.7±23.18g、脐长24.83±3.25cm,脐中段外径0.48±0.04cm,胎盘大18.38±2.76cm×7.25±1.2cm。在正常情况下,母猴的一个生殖周期为17.42±1.79个月。乳齿8d龄开始萌出;半岁长齐,20枚。2岁2个月龄至4岁为齿的更替期。4岁10个月龄后长齐,32枚,恒齿。仔猴4岁10月龄前平均月增重为115.69±51.02g。雌性3.96±0.53岁、雄性5.5～6岁性成熟。
22 female and a few male black crested langurs had been kept in our park from 1977 to 1989. Of the 90 pregnancies, 66 young survived. The rateof survival was 73%. Female langurs have no definite season in heat. Eachterm of heat lasts about 2.57±0.68 days, with an oestrous cycle of about22.5±7.93 days. Impregnated females resume their sexual activities after anaverage of 75±27.42 days as a result of miscarriage, premature delivery,stillbirth or die young during lactation. Gestation is 184±15 days. Its pla-centa belongs to the type of placenta haemochorialis with a weight of 117.7±23.18 g. The umblical cord has a length of 24.83±3.25 cm. Its mid-sectionhas a circumference of 0.48±0.04 cm. The surface of the placenta is 18.38±2.76 cm×7.25±1.2 cm. Under normal condition, each reproductive cycle for afemale monkey is 17.42±1.79 months. Baby's milk teeth begin to cut onthe 8th day. By six months a total of 20 teeth grow up. Teeth replacementoccurs from the age of 2 years and 2 months to 4 years. The 32 permanentteeth grow up by 4 years and 10 months. Before this time, its monthly gro-wing rate averages 115. 69±51. 02 g. Sexual maturity is reached at 3. 96±0. 53years for females and 5.5-6 years for males.
