摘要
目的:测定补肾舒膝胶囊中蛇床子素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:蛇床子素在0.062～0.62μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.74%,RSD为0.48%。结论:HPLC法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To determine the contents of osthole in Bushen Shuxi Capsules. Methods： HPLC method was adopted and a Cla column （250mmx4.6mm, 5 p,m） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water.The detection wavelength was at 320 nm, Results： The calibration curve of osthole was linear in the range of 0.062-0.62 μg （r=0.999 9）, the averge of recovery was 98.74%, RSD=0.48%. Conclusion： The methods is quick and accurate, can be used for quality control of Bushen Shuxi Capsules.
