跟骨牵引针眼感染的原因分析及护理

随着医院感染管理的重视,预防院内感染成为医院管理的首要问题。骨牵引是骨科治疗中应用广泛的一种治疗方法,牵引针眼感染是牵引治疗中常见并发症。临床常采用针眼处每日滴75%酒精2次的方法来预防针眼感染。本文旨在分析跟骨牵引针眼感染的原因,及如何采取更好的护理方法。

With increasing attentions to management of hospital infection, the principal problem is to prevent hospital infection in terms of management of hospital. In clinical, bone traction is a popularly used for patients during the time of treating bone disease; however, the needle infection aeeounts for common eomplieation in the aspect of bone traetion. The popularmethod of dropping 75% alcohol/2 times every day at the site of needle could be used to prevent needle infection. Our purpose in present article is to investigate the reason of needle infection and how to take effective measures for nursing care.
