摘要
目的:分析直流电离子导入辅以超短波治疗面神经炎,与单纯使用直流电离子导入治疗面神经炎的疗效,探讨面神经炎的最佳物理治疗方法。方法:随机选择周围性面神经炎患者231例,实验组132例,对照组99例。对照组单纯采用直流电离子导入B12注射液治疗面神经炎,实验组采用直流电离子导入B12注射液辅以超短波联合治疗面神经炎,对两种方法的疗效进行分析评价。结果:实验组病人的治愈率比对照组明显提高。结论:直流电离子导入法配合超短波治疗面神经炎比单纯使用直流电导入法治疗面神经炎疗效明显提高。
Objective：Analysis different healing effect of facial neuritis with methods of electrophoresis and ultrashort wave,and useing electrophoresis only.Explore the best methods of facial neuritis physical therapy.Method：Randomly selected patients with peripheral facial neuritis 231 cases（The experimental group include 132 cases and the control group include 99 cases）.The control group were treated by electrophoresis with B12 injection,and the experimental group were treated by electrophoresis with B12 injection combined with ultrashort wave,then analyze and evaluate the efficacy of two methods.Result：Compared with the control group,the curing rate of experimental group was significantly increased.Conclusion：Healing effect of facial neuritis with methods of electrophoresis and ultrashort wave was better than useing electrophoresis only.
