摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌诊断标准在病理诊断中的应用,提高病理诊断准确率。方法:回顾性研究30例甲状腺乳头状癌石蜡切片。结果:各项诊断指标在30例标本中均有不同程度的表现。结论:在实际工作中把握最新的诊断标准,灵活应用是提高甲状腺乳头状癌诊断准确率的关键。
Objective：To explore the application of the diagnostic criterion about thyroid papillary carcinoma and increase the diagnostic accuracy.Methods：The paraffin sections of 30 cases of thyroid tumor were retrospective studied.Results：There were some different of 30 paraffin sections about the pathologic characters.Conclusion：Grasping the newest standard of thyroid papillary and applying flexiblely are very important.
