高频超声对正常SD大鼠肝脏血流动力学的检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解正常SD大鼠的肝脏血流动力学参数,为大鼠肝脏疾病模型的观测和评估提供参考.方法:SD大鼠100只,体质量200-400g,采用5.0-12.0MHz高频探头观察肝脏多普勒声像图,测量门静脉管径及最大血流速度,肝固有动脉收缩期血流峰值速度(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(end diastolic velocity,EDV)及阻力指数(resistance index,RI).结果:高频超声能清晰显示大鼠门静脉;正常SD大鼠门静脉管径为:0.180cm±0.028cm;门静脉最大血流速度为:16.21cm/s±3.86cm/s;肝固有动脉PSV、EDV、RI分别为:57.60cm/s±15.41cm/s、26.46cm/s±10.96cm/s、0.54±0.13.结论:高频多普勒超声能获得清晰的大鼠门静脉声像图,并能测得门静脉和肝动脉的血流动力学参数,在大鼠实验研究中,可作为一种有效的监测血流动力学变化的手段. AIM:To detect hepatic hemodynamic parameters in normal rats to provide a basis for further monitoring and evaluation of liver diseases in rats.METHODS:One hundred Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were used.A 5-12 MHz high-frequency linear transducer was applied to obtain liver ultrasonograms and measure the diameter and maximum velocity of the portal vein,the peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity and resistance index of the proper hepatic artery.RESULTS:The portal vein of rats was well demonstrated by high-frequency ultrasound.The test showed that the diameter of the portal vein of normal SD rats was around 0.18cm±0.03cm,the maximum velocity of the portal vein was around 16.21cm/s±3.86cm/s,and the peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity and resistance index of the proper hepatic artery were around 57.60cm/s±15.41cm/s,26.46cm/s±10.96cm/s and 0.54±0.13,respectively.CONCLUSION:High-frequency Doppler ultrasonography allows obtaining clear portal vein ultrasonograms and the hemodynamic parameters of the portal vein and hepatic artery in rats,representing an effective method for monitoring hepatic hemodynamic changes in experimental rats.
