New Pattern of Government Management:Humanistic Management of Government

党的十八大报告明确指出,科学发展观是我党必须长期坚持的指导思想,以人为本是深入贯彻落实科学发展观题中应有之义。该文主要关注十八大指引下的政府人本管理的主要成就及其当前政府人本管理缺失现状,就如何治理,如何在政府管理中更加深入地贯彻落实科学发展观提出可供参考的方法和路径,力求构筑科学发展观视阈下的政府人本管理新模式。

The reports of the 18th national congress of the party explicitly pointed out that me sclenunc concept of development is the guiding thought of our party must insist for a long time. People-oriented is main idea thoroughly applying the scientific concept of development. This paper focusing on the main achievements and missing status of the government humanistic management under the guidance of the 18th national congress. The method and path for reference is put forward about how to management, how to more in-depth implementation of the scientific concept of development, and strive to build a government new humanistic management model.
