白光LED用MgAl_2O_4荧光透明陶瓷的制备及性能 被引量:7

摘要 本文采用制备透明陶瓷用的高纯铝酸镁(MgAl2O4)粉体,掺杂市售黄色荧光粉作为原料,经过热压或热压结合热等静压的烧结方法制备出荧光透明陶瓷。对所得的铝酸镁荧光透明陶瓷样品进行了XRD分析,未发现样品中除铝酸镁和荧光粉以外的其他相;将荧光粉进行高温煅烧,测试了所用荧光粉煅烧前后及不同荧光粉掺杂浓度的荧光透明陶瓷的激发光谱和发射光谱,相应激发光谱的峰值位置未发生改变,荧光透明陶瓷可以很好地被蓝光激发出黄光。测试了用荧光透明陶瓷封装的白光LED的部分光电参数,并在350 mA的驱动电流下,进行了老化对比实验,采用荧光透明陶瓷封装的白光LED器件的光衰明显小于采用硅胶和荧光粉封装的白光LED器件的光衰。 :Using the high purity MgA12O4 powder, which could be used to fabricate the transparentceramic, mixed with commercial phosphor, MgA12O4 pressing and hot isostatic pressing sintering. 04 transparent phosphor ceramic was fabricated by hot- The ceramics was characterized by XRD. The yellow light under the excitement of blue-ray. The electro-optical parameters of the LED packaged with ceramic were tested. Aging test showed that the degradation of relative intensity of luminous efficacy of the LED packaged with ceramic was obviously less than that of the LED packaged With phosphor and Silica gel.
