摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备载银无机抗菌材料,并通过单因素实验研究干燥时间和干燥温度与样品失重率的关系。得到最佳的干燥条件为:干燥温度120℃,干燥时间1.5 h。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、红外光谱(FTIR)、堆密度以及抗菌实验分析所制备的样品,结果表明产品为无定形态,其中确定含有抗菌离子,并且产品对大肠杆菌杀菌效果很好,杀菌率达96.2%。
Prepared silver-based inorganic antibacterial materials by the sol-gel method. Through the single factor experiments to find the relationship between drying time, drying temperature and sample weight loss rate. The best drying parameters are at the temperature of 120℃drying for 1.5 h. The prepared antibacterial samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), bulk density experiments and antibacterial experiment. The analysis results indicate that the product is amorphous, the product does contain antibacterial ions, and the product works well on E. coli disinfection, bacteriostasis rate is 96.2%.
