摘要偏头痛是一种复杂的疾病，自2500年前由希腊著名医生希波克拉底命名以来，一直是神经科学基础和临床研究的热点、难点。偏头痛的机制不明，目前认为与三叉血管分布区的神经性炎症有关^[1-5]，饮食、压力、睡眠不规律、强光刺激、激素水平波动以及焦虑等因素都可能诱发偏头痛。
