摘要
患者女，46岁。3年前因受凉后咳嗽、咳痰1个月，外院诊为“急性上呼吸道感染”，后发现肺部多发结节来台州市中心医院进一步检查并收住呼吸科。患者呈阵发性干咳，无发热、咯血、气促、胸痛、盗汗及消瘦等。
